The Memphis TEA Party has launched the Conservative Precinct Leaders campaign and organizational effort. The intent is to provide both a forum and a process to develop conservative precinct leaders, block captains and volunteers to connect with conservative voters, register new voters, educate voters about issues and candidates and get out the vote (GOTV) during local, state and national elections.
